Полуденные грёзыMidday Reveries

Some paintings immediately catch the eye through their boldness. For me, this painting is about a woman’s inner world: a moment when she can simply be herself, rest and remain silent.

It is painted freely, with each brushstroke visible and carrying its own energy.

It is more than a portrait: it is a play of colour that can enliven a contemporary interior and bring a touch of artistic elegance.

The painting is inspired by the British artist Hugo Grenville. It is my attempt to convey similar feelings, drawing inspiration from his style.
