Девушка на горчичном диванеGirl on a Mustard Sofa

Painted in the style of romantic impressionism, this work embodies comfort, femininity and contemplation.

It captures a moment to pause the bustle of the day, settle onto a soft sofa and simply dream, lost in thought.

The painting is built around a striking contrast of colours: deep violet and delicate lavender sit against the mustard-yellow sofa. Scarlet shoes add a distinctive charm and immediately draw the eye.

The work would suit a study, living room or bedroom.

Painted after works by the British artist Hugo Grenville.
